Edson Henrique da Silva or simply Edson (born July 6, 1987 in Itaquitinga-PE), is a Brazilian central defender. He currently plays for União Desportiva de Leiria in Portugal.
Career
He first came to Portuguese club Académica when he was 20 years old. But as time passed FC Porto seemed interested and got Edson on a free contract.
